Below are some common questions that are asked regarding signature bundles and management of signatures.
Q. Can someone access my account if I share a signature link with them?
A. No, each signature link is unique, which means that you don't need to share your account details with colleagues for them to access and edit their signature. A person can only access the signature that you share with them to complete or add to their email client.

Q. What happens if I reach my signature allocation?
A. You will still be able to edit existing signatures, but the options for creating a new signature or duplicating a signature will be disabled.
You may either purchase additional signature bundles, or you can email us at hello@si.gnatu.re to delete existing signatures.
Please provide the following details for us to delete existing signatures:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The authentication method you used to log in (eg Google, Facebook or Twitter)
- The unique URL for each signature you wish to be deleted
Q. Can free signatures be added to my account?
A. Yes, free signatures can be added to an account, as long as you have enough available purchased signature spaces in your account for them.
Contact us at hello@si.gnatu.re with the details of your account (email address and name) and the unique URL of the individual paid signature(s). We can then migrate the signature to your account.
