This is typically because you are viewing a free signature on an Apple device which uses a Retina display.
Retina displays have a higher pixel density, requiring that each user interface element is doubled in width and height to compensate for the smaller pixels.
This means that on free signatures logos and other images may get "scaled" up to be shown at the correct size on a Retina display, by doing this it causes the images to appear fuzzy or pixelated.
Our free signatures don't provide support Retina displays, paid signatures support Retina displays if the images uploaded are the correct sizes to be displayed at Retina size.
In practice, this means the best size for your logo is at least twice the size of the intended size that you want in the signature.
So, if you want to have the logo shown in the signature at 125px x 100px then you should upload a logo that is at least 250px x 200px in dimensions.
If you have a paid signature you can upload larger images, the system will create appropriate sized version of it.
