Due to the large number of email clients available we unfortunately can't provide support guides for each one. This page will provide common issues that can stop your signature displaying correctly.
Formatting Issues In Email Clients
Si.gnatu.re signatures are generated using HTML, these typically display correctly in any email client or web browser.
However, some email clients, such as some versions of Outlook, can render HTML incorrectly, causing formatting issues.
Whilst the generated signatures do account for this, it is not always possible for a signature to display correctly in a certain email client.
Blocked Signature Images In Your Email Client
Si.gnatu.re images are stored online using Amazon AWS servers and links are added in your signature to those images using https links.
Some email clients may block loading of external images by default, resulting in images not being displayed when viewing your signature in your email client.
Typically this can be turned off within your security or privacy settings.
If you are in a managed network, such as your workplace, then your administrator may control these settings.
Recipients of Emails Don't See My Signature Images
This is also the case for recipients of your email with signature, if they have blocked loading of external images then the signature images will not be displayed.
This is not an issue with the si.gnatu.re signature, and can only be resolved by the recipient updating their email client settings to display remote images.
Additionally, if the recipient has their email client managed by an administrator, this may be a company policy to disable display of remote images, and cannot be overridden.
Emails Reported as Spam By Recipients Email Client/Server
This can sometimes happen with some email clients/servers because the images in the signature are stored on Amazon AWS servers and linked to in the signature.
They use secure HTTPS, which, along with being displayed from remote servers, means that they can sometimes be blocked by email clients/servers.
Unfortunately whether the images are displayed or blocked/reported as potential spam is based on how the email client/server of the email recipient is configured.
My Social Media Links Don't Work
This is a common problem and is usually caused by not following the formatting guides for adding these links to your signature.
Please ensure that you follow the appropriate guides on the signature Social tab, and for further details please refer to this help article:

My Signature Overlaps Text When I Reply
This is sometimes an issue when using Apple Mail, unfortunately this is a bug within Apple Mail and how it renders the email. You may try adding a few blank lines after your signature to help resolve the issue.
